How it works

Helios offers a streamlined deployment process, eliminating the need for installing agents on individual devices. Instead, it utilises our lightweight software appliance, Thea Endpoint, which you deploy at each site you wish to monitor. Thea Endpoint can operate as a virtual appliance within your preferred hypervisor or on a physical device, such as a Raspberry Pi. When used as a physical device, Thea Endpoint delivers exceptional out-of-band monitoring, ensuring comprehensive oversight of your entire IT infrastructure.

Thea Endpoint connects seamlessly to your dedicated Thea Controller instance, hosted by us in the cloud, eliminating the challenges of self-hosting to provide greater reliability. From this centralized platform, you can efficiently manage your Endpoints, monitor the status of devices across your entire estate, and access vital information such as metrics and performance data.
